Inside a suite turnover

Old finishes out, surfaces prepped, dust kept inside the suite.
Subfloor levelled, new flooring laid, paint and trim renewed.
Cleaned, inspected and turned back over to the operator.
Suite turnovers run on a fixed sequence, which is what makes them predictable. We work several units at a time, keep hoarding and dust control inside the suite rather than in the corridor, and hand each one back cleaned and inspected. Residents on the same floor carry on as normal.
