1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at unlimitedbuilding.com and any associated pages (the “Site”), operated by Unlimited Building Solutions (“UBS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site does not create a contract for services
This is important. Please read it carefully.
The Site is provided for general information about UBS and the services we offer. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, quotation, tender, bid, or binding commitment to perform work.
No contract for construction, renovation, repair, consulting, or any other service arises from your use of the Site or from submitting an enquiry or quote request. Any engagement of UBS is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Descriptions of services, capabilities, timelines, coverage areas, and past projects are illustrative only. Actual scope, pricing, schedule, and terms are established solely in a signed contract.
3. Enquiries and submissions
When you submit an enquiry through the Site:
- You are requesting information only, and we are under no obligation to respond or to provide services
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it
- You should not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the Site
- Any information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Do not submit emergency requests through the Site. In an emergency, call us directly at 905-420-4860. We do not monitor web form submissions continuously and cannot guarantee a response time.
4. No professional advice
Content on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute construction, engineering, architectural, legal, regulatory, insurance, or financial advice.
You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of Site content without obtaining professional advice appropriate to your specific circumstances. Building codes, permitting requirements, and regulatory obligations vary by jurisdiction and change over time.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, project images, page layouts, and design elements — is owned by UBS or used under licence, and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not:

“Unlimited Building Solutions”, the UBS logo, and associated marks are trademarks of UBS. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
This section does not affect the terms of any separate written contract for services between you and UBS.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UBS and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
13. Accessibility
Unlimited Building Solutions is committed to providing an accessible experience for all users, including people with disabilities.
We design and maintain the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard, and we review accessibility as part of ongoing site maintenance. 14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
If you access the Site from outside Canada, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to these Terms

17. Entire agreement
