Answers before you commit. Solutions when things go wrong.
Independent site audits, feasibility assessments and written investigation reports — so you’re deciding on evidence, not assumption.
Two reasons people call us
Both need the same thing: unbiased facts backed by hard evidence.

Level II certified thermal imaging
Some of the most expensive building problems are invisible. Moisture tracking behind drywall, air leaking through a failed seal, insulation that settled or was never installed — none of it shows on a walkthrough, and all of it gets worse while it stays hidden.
Infrared thermography reads the temperature differences those conditions create, letting us map what’s happening behind a surface without opening it. Our thermographers hold ITC Level II certification, which covers not just operating the camera but interpreting what the image actually means — the difference between a genuine defect and a reflection, a shadow, or ordinary solar gain.
You get a report with the thermal imagery, the conditions it was taken under, and a plain reading of what we found. No exploratory demolition, no guessing where to cut.
Hands-on envelope diagnostics
In-house accurate investigation requires physical access, not ground-level guesswork. Our in-house tracked machinery gets technicians directly to elevated failure points fast – eliminating scaffolding delays while gathering immediate inspection data.
Independent means independent
If we assess a building and the answer is that it isn’t worth the work, that’s what the report will say. We’d rather lose the construction job than write a report that sends you into one you’ll regret.
